Ambiance here is very chill. Right now Frank Sinatra is playing in the background, there are 6 tables inside enjoying lunch, a few on the patio, and the owner Tino sits at his table in the corner, making sure everything runs smoothly. Of course it runs well, he's had some of the same staff for over 30 years! Servers come and go, but his standards are high and the servers are great. The food is also wonderful! Lately my favorite lunch special is the seafood with linguine in marinara sauce. Loaded with mussels, clams and shrimp, it's perfect and absolutely delicious! Also highly recommend the number 5 pasta with mushrooms. I love the way the chef prepares this one. Mom sticks with the Cobb salad no cheese. She loves the salad, hates the cheese, and has never found a piece of cheese in her salad. Kudos to them for being able to accomplish that one! My mother and I go for lunch twice weekly and always take home enough for dinner or lunch the next day. Easily accessible for my mother who uses a walker, Viva la Pasta is a wonderful place to sit for a leisurely afternoon lunch. Their meals come with a very fresh salad and freshly baked bread, so for those like my mother and I, that translates into multiple meals from this terrific lunch. So satisfying, we both highly recommend this awesome restaurant! Now if we could get a card game going on the patio it would be perfect! PS to Viva la Pasta - you all handled my mother's 90h birthday lunch beautifully. Everyone was so complementary of the food and service. Thank you!!

The service here was impressive! My friend and I went into have a quick dinner and head to a show. We had a time crunch and we mentioned this to the hostess, who assured us they went get us in and out as quickly as possible. Well, needless to say they were so accommodating (especially for a Saturday night) and the food was DELICIOUS! We are so pleased with the staff and food. Everyone was so kind! So thank you, to our server and the hostess! I wish I could remember names. 5 for sure!
